Last updated: 22 September 2026. This policy describes how PT SENJA REAL ESTATE, trading as SENJA DEVELOPMENT ("SENJA", "we"), handles personal data collected through senjadevelopment.com.

What we collect

When you register interest, book a call or contact us on WhatsApp, we collect the details you provide: name, email address, phone number, country of residence, budget range and any message you include. We also collect standard analytics data (pages viewed, device, approximate location) through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, and advertising interaction data through Google Ads.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and share project information you request.
To schedule and hold calls you book with our team.
To measure how our website and advertising perform.

We contact you about SENJA only. We do not sell your data.

Where it is processed

Enquiry data is stored in our customer relationship system (LeadConnector / HighLevel) and communication tools (WhatsApp Business, email). Analytics data is processed by Google. These providers may process data outside your country of residence.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses 3 kinds of cookies and similar technologies. You choose which ones you allow in the banner shown on your first visit, and you can change your choice at any time from the "cookie settings" link in the footer.

Essential: needed for the page, the enquiry form and security to work. Always on.
Analytics: Google Analytics, to understand how the page is used. Off until you allow it in the UK, the EEA, Switzerland and Singapore.
